The thief cannot be reasoned with unfortunately, refusing to take down any stolen art he uploads. He/she will only deny your request of taking down the stolen art as he did to other artists. So the only option is to Report the Deviation and file a DCMA report.
Well, I don't think that he is really an art thief... just some kid that shares images that he likes, forgetting to give credit to the artists. Anyway, I left him a comment regarding his watermark on the image, but since this is not one of my personal artworks and it belongs to a well known gaming company... I don't take it too personal :)... If the company finds out and they want to do something about it, then I don't have good news for him. :))
Actually he IS an art thief, he's aware that he's taking art from other artists and claims them as his own, lashes out at the original artists rudely, and hide comments to keep other people from finding out the truth (he will likely hide your comment as well). But I wouldn't worry, he's already in trouble with the DeviantArt staff, and will likely be banned soon.
You were right Alison.. he deleted my comment and he also blocked me from posting on his page. After reporting him for using my image, it seems that Deviantart finally deleted his account. Just wanted to let you know. :)
